A valid physical street address is required for all orders. Orders received before 1pm EST will generally ship the same day. Orders received after 1pm EST will ship on the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday from our warehouse and we do our best to process orders promptly. We reserve the right to hold and confirm orders if we believe there is an indication that an order may be fraud. Please note that we reserve the right to require a signature on all orders. We are not responsible for items lost by UPS, FEDEX or USPS. If your item is lost during shipment, we will do our best to put you in contact with the appropriate carrier. STATUHS DENIM wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we have a policy that makes sure you are getting the most out of out merchandise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless items are damaged upon arrival. WE DO NOT OFFER CASH/CREDIT REFUNDS. We have a solid 7-day return/exchange policy. If your items were damaged before wearing, not the correct ordered size or damaged in any way upon arrival we allow returns/exchanges. However the products must be in the same condition when first received via mail. When returning items, the products must be sent back to our online store’s address, along with the invoice from your package to ensure that you get your replacement if available. All exchanges and returns must first be authorized by speaking to a customer service rep via email or phone. You are responsible for any shipping charges back to us. We also recommend that you insure/track your return just in case. Any shipments we receive without a RMA number will be denied and returned back to you at your cost. Items purchased online are not returnable to any retail location. Items purchased at retail stores are not returnable to the online store. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Once your exchange item arrives at our warehouse please allow 5-10 business days for us to initiate your exchange.
If a package arrives and the box is visibly damaged on the outside, inspect the contents before signing for the package! If no signature is required please take out your camera phone or a camera and take pictures of the damage. These photos will be used to help file a claim with the shipping company. If you do receive or sign for a package and you later notice later that a item is damaged or defective you have one business day to report this to our customer service team either by phone or email.
